I’m an accredited Neuroscience Coach and Cognitive Rewiring Practitioner, but above all, I’m someone who knows what it feels like to believe life will never change.


Today I live in the beautiful French Alps with my three daughters, surrounded by a life I once only dreamed of. But not so long ago, my reality looked very different.


I was a struggling single mum, trapped in an abusive relationship, financially starting again at forty, overwhelmed by anxiety, constantly living in survival mode and wondering how I’d ended up so far away from the life I thought I was going to have.


Like so many women, I did the therapy. I learned about my childhood. I understood why I was the way I was. But understanding my patterns wasn’t enough. I wanted to know how to change them.

That question led me to neuroscience, subconscious rewiring and the incredible power of neuroplasticity. I became completely obsessed with understanding why we do what we do, spending years studying, learning from incredible mentors and doing the deep inner work myself.


Today, I use the very same neuroscience-based techniques, Belief Coding®, cognitive rewiring, NLP and coaching frameworks that transformed my own life to help other women break free from the subconscious patterns keeping them stuck.

How is this different from Talk Therapies?

Talk therapy is incredibly valuable for helping us understand our experiences and make sense of our past. My work takes a different approach. Rather than repeatedly talking through the problem, we work with the subconscious mind to identify and rewire the beliefs and emotional patterns that are still influencing your thoughts, feelings and behaviours today. The goal isn’t just understanding why you’re stuck—it’s creating lasting change so you no longer feel stuck in the first place.

Is this Life Coaching?

Not in the traditional sense. While coaching is an important part of the process, my work combines neuroscience, cognitive rewiring, NLP and practical coaching frameworks to create change at both the subconscious and conscious level.
Together, we’ll not only rewire the beliefs that have been holding you back, but also create simple, aligned actions that help your brain embody and reinforce your new identity in everyday life.

It’s a whole-person approach to lasting transformation.

Do I need to know what the problem is before I come to the session?

Not at all. Many clients come to me knowing exactly what they want to change, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel right. You don’t need to have all the answers before we begin. Together, we’ll gently uncover the subconscious beliefs and patterns beneath the surface, often revealing connections you may never have consciously realised.

How many sessions will I need?

That all depends on the level of transformation you are looking for. For a specific issue such as trouble losing weight, unable to break a specific pattern, fear of flying etc, one or two sessions is usually all that is needed to achieve the results.


If you are ready to transform long-standing patterns across multiple areas of life, the 3 month program (or 2-month fast track) is perfect as it includes multiple sessions, a structured framework to identify, define and track the areas to work on, as well as weekly coaching and Q&A with me to make sure you are completely guided through the process.


During your initial consultation, we’ll talk about your goals and decide together what feels right for you.

Will I have to relive painful memories?

No. While we may gently explore experiences that have shaped your beliefs, the focus is never on reliving trauma or repeatedly talking through painful events.


The work is always guided at your pace, in a safe and supportive environment. The aim is to release the emotional charge attached to experiences so they no longer have the same influence over your present life, allowing you to move forward with greater freedom and confidence.
